My friend told me she lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks by giving up pop and she only drank one can a day. I drink a 32 ounce fountain drink once a day and if I want to ‘treat ’myself, I buy a pop from the machine at work. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try quitting because my caffeine intake was probably out of hand. It’s pretty eye opening to learn how quickly you can fall into a bad habit. I find that I’m craving my pop in the morning because I drank it with my breakfast. Granted, a lot of times I had cheese and crackers or popcorn for breakfast because I don’t like breakfast food but I had to change up m ymenu because of my caffeine craving. Now as I try to get my report done for work about how to reduce fastener spending I really could use a Pepsi.
