Fluidised Bed Reactor is a reactor device that is designed specifically to carry out a series of multiphase fluidization reactions. The central principle behind the functioning of a bed reactor is that which results in some still granular material being transformed from their non-fluid state to an energetic fluid state. The crumby substrate is introduced in the reactor form above and a gust of air of forced up from below at a high velocity and pressure. This will result in the granular substance being thrown into turbulent and dynamic circular movements that churn them over and over in a process called fluidization
