When I started having problems with my iPad I asked my friend – who knows about these things – what the best way to fix it was. He said that the only way to get the iPad working like new again was to erase all content and start over. Since I had a lot of files and apps I wanted to keep he taught me about how to backup important information and restoring iPad from backup, before I deleted everything. I am pleased to report that now my iPad is working really well.
